Help Desk Support
Our help desk support team is fully staffed during normal business hours to provide either onsite or remote support for all of your users’ IT issues. This is where your employees will either call or email for basic break/fix-type issues. In addition, we provide after-hours support for more urgent “emergency-type” situations.
Proactive Network & System Maintenance and Monitoring
Software will be installed on each workstation and server that will perform automatic maintenance and allow us to monitor services and up-time. This will help ensure that your systems run as smoothly as possibly. Our network administrators will perform routine maintenance and checks on critical servers each week to prevent any potential issues.
We understand how crucial it is for your business that all data in your organization is backed up on a regularly scheduled basis. We will also ensure that all data is backed up and ensure that those backups are reliable enough for recovery.
Quarterly (or as needed) Network Review
Each quarter we will sit down with you to go over concerns, projects, issues, recommendations, etc. that affect your IT infrastructure. In addition, we will discuss budgets for the year that will allow us to maximize the value of all technology purchases.
